Disbelief as Response

The Disbelief series of interactive sculptural artwork addresses a complete and utter disbelief over the apparent disintegration of democratic principles, and frustration over our inability to stop the sabotage and dismantling of our governmental norms and institutions. This body of work serves as a therapeutic means not only for the artist, but for viewers who share the disbelief, rejection, and resistance inspired by the current political and social climate.  

Viewers are welcome to freely use these Pillows and let the expletives flow as you may choose to smash your face in frustration, or stop to take a gentle rest, and breathe, while reflecting on how we got into this great partisan divide.
